Fast ribbed formwork is made of hot-dipped zinc galvanized steel plate and base on BSEN 10142 1991 Fe P03GI+FePO2GI Z275. The mesh and U section are cutted and pressed by high tech computer automatic machine. Formwork surface is a whole, no junctions. good tension stress.
Fast ribbed formwork is acted as consumptive plate. when concrete pouring on the back of formwork plate, complementary angle parts will be implanted in concrete and form robotic wedge with the nearby castables. The quality of seam is controlled and better than well treated seam.
Features of fast ribbed formwork:
1 good mechanical property and light lateral pressure and correspond to 60% ordinary formwork. Reduce 40% pressure.
2 observe the pouring process directlly: Can observe the pouring process by eyes because of the special mesh thus lower risk of hole and honeycomb appearing.

5 easy for wear bar and continuously bend steel bar: using this special mesh, can use below12mm steel bar. big diameter steel bar can shear mesh. the steel bar can be back after traversing. The ribbed formwork can be installed before bending the steel bar. then it can stick by mesh.
6 be adapt to parts pouring concrete: the fast ribbed formwork can be used for next pouring without taking apart. so it simplify of the interface work.
